So what's our formula for success? Taking time to understand exactly what each customer wants, finding the precise configuration that'll work best, giving honest advice, then following up with high quality monitoring, maintenance and support.

Survey and Advice

We start with a full assessment of context and objectives, including a survey of your premises. From here we develop a solution and set it out for you in a detailed specification. We can run a trial installation with manual testing if necessary, but we'll make sure we minimise any disruption to your business.

Monitoring

Once installed we'll monitor your people counting system remotely, free of charge, to identify and resolve problems without delay. We'll continue doing this until we're confident the system will provide accurate counts day in day out.

Support & Maintenance

We provide free support and maintenance for the RECAP system for the first 12 months following installation, subject to our standard terms & conditions. If necessary we can provide ongoing monitoring, support and maintenance. Call us on 0115 8757506 to find out more.
