Axiomatic offer a flexible range of software reporting options to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our basic beam counters offer footfall displays on the units themselves, with the option to manually download software in CSV format for import into an Excel Spreadsheet. Our networked RECAP Software Service solutions offer automated footfall reporting into your own business management system, automatic generation of daily, weekly and monthly footfall Excel Spreadsheet reports with options for live on-site footfall reporting and RECAP Web-based reporting.

Our RECAP Reporting is available with different levels of reporting and data integration:

RECAP Data

The software produces CSV Log Files where you receive raw footfall data on a daily basis ready to export visitor counts into Excel, or into your own software or business management system for analysis.

RECAP Excel Reporting

The Recap Excel Reporting System automatically generates daily, weekly and monthly footfall spread sheets, tailored to your needs. The spread sheets are accessed via a shortcut on the RECAP Base unit desktop or through a similar shortcut setup on your own desktop. This means that all the information can be accessed via a single click from your own desktop.

RECAP Live Reporting

See footfall counts and occupancy levels in a live footfall report window, manage live events by setting visitor occupancy thresholds and maximum occupancy alarms

RECAP Excel Room Optimisation Software

This new version of our software offers integration with room booking and timetable software to optimise utlisation of workspaces, lecture theatres and teaching rooms.

RECAP Web-Based Reporting

Using our web-based RECAP SQL solution will give you a dashboard view of your business footfall, facilitating web enabled queries and reporting from anywhere with Internet access: Our dashboard gives an immediate and powerful overview of your visitor footfall information, including customer counts, queue and lane occupancy, hourly traffic, occupancy density and pedestrian flow. You can set RECAP to create a whole range of footfall reports, from basic hourly, daily, weekly and monthly footfall reports, through to live occupancy reporting, and comparative charts.

RECAP shows you occupancy, flow rate, average dwell time and distribution of people over time. You can poll live data or analyse any time interval. For example you can create regular half hour or more frequent reports, and combine them into daily, weekly, monthly or annual and longterm reports. RECAP is highly versatile, so you can make detailed analysis of factors such as grouping or clustering, dwell time and sales conversion rates.

You can view the data numerically, or get an instant snapshot in graph form. With Windows Realtime viewer you can get a live count for any site with RECAP software. You can also have data at your fingertips wherever you are, via a password protected, hierarchical web portal.

RECAP can work as a stand-alone system with local and remote reporting, or you can integrate it into a full Head Office solution.
